The success story of MAS&P began 1950 in Mannheim. Dr. Heinz Miess and Dr. Friedrich Gericke founded the predecessor law firm under the name Miess und Partner. In the following years, the company grew continuously to become an established player in the regional and supra-regional market and opened up more and more areas of competence for its numerous clients.

In 2002, further development led to the partnership company MAS&P with the original namesakes Dr. Heinz Miess, Roland Altherr and Jochen Sibinger. Under this traditional name, the attorneys-at-law and specialist lawyers of MAS&P together with the energetic office team support their clients individually and with full commitment.
